FRIENDSHIP.LOVE.TRUTH
The Coachella Valley had its own Odd Fellows lodge from 1918 until 1974. In 2020, Brother David Fleck from San Fernando Lodge, No. 365 moved to La Quinta and set out on a mission to bring the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (I.O.O.F) back to the Valley. What is an Odd Fellow?
An Odd Fellow is someone who believes that friendship, love and truth are the basic guides to the ultimate destiny of all mankind; who believes his home, his church or temple, his lodge, and his community deserve his best work, his modest pride, his earnest faith, and his deepest loyalty; who believes he must always be grateful to his creator, faithful to his country, and fraternal to his fellow man; and who works with others to build a better world.
